Overview
The Project is supported by the Kentucky compensatory mitigation in-lieu-fee program. Stated project goals include the tangible lift in water quality parameters visible in a five year post-construction monitoring schedule. The project must mitigate losses to aquatic resources that were permitted by the United States Army Corps of Engineers for permanent impacts to the waters of the United States.
